Ok.. I clicked on some google ad link and it linked to this.. It's some sort of fat-burn scam but it's just hilarious.. Can you guess what the punchline is (I know I can't

The pop-up's quite common for these sort of scam sites.

I wish I'd noted when the thing started.. it must have been half an hour or something.
