A good way of working it out is to change your PC clock to the time zone you want to find out...
But to convert (using a handy method)
Take your current time zone in GMT (Adelade is +1030?) and then take your destination time zone in GMT (US Central is -700). Subtract the destination from the original. This gives you a time difference of around 17.30 hours in that example.
