time zones confusion

ok so, me being not so smart and a little bit confused, im asking you guys to help me figure this out.

im based in Adelaide Australia and im trying to figure out the time difference between here and the USA and Canada.

right now its 11:20 am or 1120 in 24 hour time....
if anyone can help me figure this out it would be amazing and i may actually love you forever and ever smile.gif

A good way of working it out is to change your PC clock to the time zone you want to find out...

But to convert (using a handy method)

Take your current time zone in GMT (Adelade is +1030?) and then take your destination time zone in GMT (US Central is -700). Subtract the destination from the original. This gives you a time difference of around 17.30 hours in that example.

And he actually just tells ya. Then he lists a bunch of links for time zones and such.
