I fucking love salsa....and how spanish men love to dance....seriously I had a guy half my height leading me better than the dood before him who WAS my height. And he was fliping upside down n stuff! T'was so so so awesome.

Its also hilarious to see all my white (full Canadian) co-workers huddle together petrified of real dancing. The only one who was having a good time with me was a Hispanic co-worker *shrug* oh wells, more fun for me.

There's been some talk in the Mod forum about creating a new Jibber Jabber regularly. I split off the last post from the previous Jibber Jabber to give you all something to continue to talk about. Enjoy this year's Jibber Jabber and try not to scuff it up too much before we retire it. wink.gif

Don't forget, if you're having a Bad Day, Good Day or What the Hell Day, you are encouraged to use the appropriate threads - mostly for the "Bad Day" stuff. Enjoy!

Haha! People tend to do that.

I've never been in a hurricane, I'm glad Hurricane Bill didn't come close to Florida. Although I hear there's loads of parties all over town. Hopefully one that's not so strong will come soon.

In the area where I live, our power goes out if someone sneezes too hard...tongue.gif...so I'm expecting a day of torrential rain, snuggling in the dark with some candles and Scrabble.

My boss (who asked to not be mentioned on here 'cuz you guys hate him) said that Gainesville Hurricane parties are awesome. He was hoping Bill changed course and ran over Florida. Next time, eh?

He said we generally keep power unless a bad Category 4 hits... he remembers having power throughout Hurricane Andrew (supposedly reallyreally bad Category 5) back in '91.

Hey, new thread. Didn't get marbles again this year biggrin.gif so I'm glad my family picked up on the hints I was giving them. I instead was given some awesome pens for drawing, colored pencils, and a black sketchbook which my mom picked out because she saw one of my best friends, I'll refer to him as Bob, sketchbook on which my other best friend, I'll refer to her as Lemonade, drew on, the one who made this cartoon avi of me, so it would look like the DeathNote and she knew I would like something like that. Lemonade wouldn't make it into a DeathNote for me because if she did Bob's would be less special which is completely understandable.

My birthday is in less then a week and I am excited about it. My family is going to celebrate it on Saturday, little brothers have school on Thursday, along with Lemonade's whose birthday is on Saturday. I don't know the details on what will happen though.
A constant internal struggle between that which I am and that which I have been taught to be.

So, who wants to come to Houston tomorrow and take my place in going to a wedding? It shouldn't be hard to pull it off. Just make sure you have long hair, some beard scruff, and be a total dick to my family, and it's all good. biggrin.gif

I think I could pull that off, I look very smart in a suit. Not sure I could be a dick to your family of course, but I can perhaps try a crazy routine to stop them trying to talk to you in the future?

I dunno LP, our family plays a lot of Football, dude. I do enjoy that at christmas. The one one thing I don't like is that they put onions in everything they eat, so if you think you can handle that, then sure, you can take my place at x-mas.
