i'm about 50% behind a deadpool movie. Ryan Reynolds has declared that he gets final say on everything and says he'll have the scars and costume, but after hearing the same type of stuff come out of the guys working on Wolverine, I'm a bit cautious.

So if Ryan Reynolds can pull it off and talk them into making a good movie, then I'm all for it. If it turns out like Wolverine, I'll be a bit disappointed (I liked the movie overall, but boy did Deadpool get the shaft).

I think as long as FOX owns the rights, what you'll end up getting is a summer blockbuster type. Meaning a couple good action scenes, tons of plot holes, and changes to the characters that make no sense.

I'm a huge fan of Deadpool, so I'm hoping that they don't disappoint me. I trust that Ryan will do what's necessary to make it a good movie, but Fox's track record is, frankly, horrible. We'll see...

I'm still excited, though.

I am confused.

Somehow, I know they will rape every detail that makes me love Deadpool, yet I am as excited as a small child on a sugar rush.
