Angel of Death is a web series of eight to ten minute episodes, created by Ed Brubaker and concerning the revenge a remorseless assassin (Eve, played by Zoe Bell, from Death Proof) takes on her former employers. Angel of Death is a production of White Rock Lake Production and is distributed by Sony Pictures Television. Co-staring with Bell is Lucy Lawless from Xena: Warrior Princess. The start date for the episodes is March 2, 2009. It is broadcast on Crackle. The show will air each weekday until March 13th.

I'm a big fan of Ed's work in comics (and if you dig Angel of Death then you should definitely look into his comic work). The distribution design is pretty interesting, similar to what was done with Dr. Horrible. You will be able to watch the film broken up into episodes online, for free, legitimately. It will then be available for purchase as a whole on dvd.
