One of my favorite books. Anyone else read it? For those that haven't, in short the story.

Jezus had some time between when he was a kid and when he became the mesiah, what happened in between? This is the time in between as told through the eyes of Jezus' best friend Biff.
Jezus who doesn't know how to be the mesiah travels to the east to find the three wise men and learn from them. As the experiences shape him and his teachings. All the while Biff, who is less than holy, travels in his shadow.
A very heartfelt and funny book which makes Jezus amazingly human as he battles his own desires as well as learns to be the man he became. And the people around him, who can never truly understand him or be his equal.
The life and times of Jezus, as told by Biff.

Though not for people who are very religious and easily offended by blasphemy.
Won't you have some fun with me?

Haven't read that one yet. I have read "You Suck" and "A Dirty Job". I need the middle book out of that trilogy.
Please PM me to friend-up on FaceBook as some of you make stalking VERY difficult!

Actually not the middle book, you suck is the sequel to Bloodsucking Fiends. Also the Minty Fresh character is introduced in Coyote Blue.

Fun book for certain.

I also had as much fun reading how he came about writing the book.

I had to buy the special edition that the book resemble a bible. Even my more religious friends enjoyed the book and kept saying "why not?" through out it

Also the angel in Lamb is the same as The Stupidest Angel (which is in Pine Cove with..everybody if you read Practical Demonkeeping and Lust Lizard- also fun books)

I've read Lamb, You Suck, and Bloodsucking Fiends and I must say the only problem I have is how he kinda dwindle out at the end at times and in Bloodsucking Fiends there were still a number of things that bothered me afterwards like the three deux ex vampires that appeared out of the harbor.
