Sometimes I have trouble loading the site, but usually it's during high-traffic times during the day (lunchtime when I'm in the office, and after 7pm local when I'm at home).

It's mostly due to an available bandwidth problem, in that more people are using the same space for Internet traffic. Occasionally my problem has been my wireless connection to my router, but that is quickly solved.

I use INternet explorer at the office....If the big banner ad at the top is graphic heavy, I have to refresh. If the banner add has a pop-up, my whole system crashes. Same thing as HKP, when I check at lunch time, it is death warmed over. When I check in the morning it is fast-ish but nowhere near as good as with Firefox at home where I have better bandwidth

You're right about the site, the loading times suck balls. And too often entire portions of the page refuse to load forcing me to hit the refresh button repeatedly. Somebody at LICD/Blind Ferret is really getting desperate for advertisers. I watch the list of components as they load and it is always the same shitty web address that if effing up LICD, cdn.cpmstar.com.

For me too, the front page takes forever to load the last three days.
The forum loads as normal and the LFG page also loads as normal.

I'm using Firefox 3.04

Hmm. just checked out Internet explorer and it loads straight away on that.
looks like a browser compatibility issue... Odd, it worked perfectly well until now.
