I hope someone can help. I'm wondering if there's a tv that can be near big speakers (magnets) without the pixels messing up.. I'm hoping this can be done, otherwise I won't have as much room for the speakers as I had hoped... =\

Depending on your budget, you COULD get a projector. An ex-roomie of mine got one and OHMYGOD... the TV was the entire wall! And the picture was still amazing!

If you've got the space (Normally you need space for at least a 10' throw, depending on the screen size of course) and magnetic interference is a problem (you must have either really massive speakers or poorly shielded ones) then front projection is really not much more costly than a flat screen.

I like the panasonics:

720p $1k: http://www.projector...e-PT-AX200U.htm
1080p $2k: http://www.projector...ctor_review.htm

On the other hand if your speakers are actually interfering with your television picture you might consider new speakers, the shielding these days is really more than adequate for almost every case.
