A Christian movie review site. I thought it was funny, apparently the reviewers can turn almost every movie into a work of the devil. They judge and review the movies on christian content. Some reviews can be pretty funny.

I looked up Dogma and The Davinci code just for fun to see what the guy had to say. As expected a bad review. I decided to look up some family/kid films as well just for fun. Over the Hedge got a pretty bad review, and even funnier they made a huge deal of Spongebob squarepants showing his butt in the movie.

If you want a good laugh at how people can make a big deal out of the small things just check out some of those movie reviews. Made me giggle at how people who follow a religion based around forgiveness can be so judgeing. What every happen to that whole "...cast the first stone" thing?

While I'm not a christian I have read a good amount of the bible. Just letting you know so you don't think I'm just an angry heathen putting down all things christian. I like the foundation of christianity however I have yet to find anyone or anything in it to base all of my beliefs around. mellow.gif

Sorry if I have offended any christains sad.gif not what I was tring to do at all. smile.gif

Yes, CAP is always good for a giggle or two. I've read quite a lot of those reviews over the years. If you go by their reviews almost no movie is suitable for watching.

I love their little "Don't let PG-13 fool you thing with the big read R-13 sign over it. Got a great laugh over that.

What I love about that site is that South Park the movie got the highest (lowest) rating ever given out to a movie.

Actually I prefer Plugged In Online ( http://www.pluggedinonline.com/ ) for these types of reviews.

Slightly more moderate, (covers good ("redeeming") elements of film as well as bad, but still doesn't compromise. Much better sight layout and looks better too.

Is it just me that finds it a little suspicious that they require people to donate $300 for a review citing that reviewing a movie for this website costs this much? Since when did watching a movie (about $10) and then sitting down to write a review (you have the website, so you probably have the computer) with a bible (about what? $15 in the unlikely event that you don't have one) adds up to $300. Oh wait, I forgot travellign expenses, for it to add up to $300 this guy is driving a hell of a long way to see a movie.

An estimate of the time and travel (local only) costs, expenses and fees associated with only conducting an analysis of one film is $353.00. This figure does not include life / health / medical / dental insurance, equipment, vehicle and its insurance, office supplies, hardware/software, phone, development, etc., nor the time for the level 2 and level 3 activities.

But yeah, these reviews are pretty much funny as hell. I especially found it funny how X-men 3 is a subversive film that promotes homosexuality.
