I am trying to become a professional author, and the best way to do so is write! So, I am indeed writing a novel or two, but as to the quality of said novels please do not ask. I am my own worst critic.

I was a former student at UNLV, but there were two men who turned rat on my fraternity and because of them I now attend CSN, the local community college. I was also a Journalism major, but I have found that the field would not allow me the freedom I crave. So, I have recently decided upon an English degree and will work my way towards becoming a college professor. Perhaps at UNLV for a while, as a sick form of irony and revenge.

I love to read; Stephen King and H.P. Lovecraft being favorites (funny, because I don't write horror). I am also a fan of Wells, Orwell, Tolkien, Steinbeck, Conrad, Bradbury, McCarthy, and of course I hate [u]Twilight[/u] and [u]Eragon[/u] with a fiery passion that burns as hot as the heart of the sun.

I'm a rock fan. Metallica, Yes, Rush, Tool, Dream Theater; you get the point.
